Welcome to SKEW – A Whole New Dining Experience. The heart of Bishops Stortford, situated on the beautiful river Stort, we bring you fine food, live entertainment, Al Fresco dining, cocktails & more. 

Our food is cooked with passion & pride, derived from our Mediterranean heritage. At home we spend hours creating dishes with diverse and memorable flavours. So it’s only natural that we expect the same when we dine out.

The sweet chilli jam that came with the halloumi was GORGEOUS. The grilled octopus with the roasted peppers was a top highlight. No complaints about dessert either.
